LTC Joseph Ross Jocson PhD MNSA ChE
Vice President, Asian Packaging Federation
Lt. Col. Joseph Ross Jocson PA(R), MNSA, ChE is the President and Chairman of the Board of the Packaging Institute of the Philippines which is a national association composed of multinational and local companies who are in the forefront of the packaging industry in the country. He is also a public servant at heart serving the Armed Forces and as Commissioned Lieutenant Colonel Reserve.
He received a distinguished award of the Knights of Rizal and was honored The Order of the Knights of Rizal which is the sole order of knighthood in the Philippines. Lt. Col. Jocson graduated at University of Santo Tomas with a degree in bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and took his Masters Degree in International Security Administration (MNSA) at National Defense College of the Philippines.

Advisor of Plastics Institute of Thailand
Ms Paklamjeak is currently adviser to the Plastic Institute of Thailand, the Thai Printing Association, and two private companies. She is a part-time lecturer and Packaging Academy Consultant for many local universities. Her broad experience in the packaging sector includes 20 years of service in the Thai Packaging Center, Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, where her last position was Director of Training and Promotion of Thai Packaging Center.
