At the ASEAN Food and Beverage Ingredients Summit 2021 on November 12, 2021 (1-4PM SGT), Jenny Kartika Rusli, Business Development Director at PT Foodex Inti Ingredients, will share with you the latest updates on natural extracts (animal proteins and other flavors).

Jenny brings over 16 years of international executive experience and a deep understanding of global flavour and manufacturing to her role as a business development director. She is currently responsible for the research, development, and innovation efforts for the company’s manufacturing site in Indonesia. Prior to coming to Foodex, a manufacturer of seasoning and ingredients in Java, Indonesia, Jenny worked for CSIRO - Food Science Australia where she did research for functional ingredients such as encapsulation of fish oil and its incorporation into commercial products.

Jenny earned her MS in Food Science and Bachelor of Science from the University Melbourne.
